Session Fees

All sessions are $155. There is a $5 time of service discount if paying via cash or check. HSA cards are accepted and will be charged as a credit card. There is also a discount available for children under 10.

We are not working with insurance companies at the present time, but we will be happy to provide you with the information needed to seek your own reimbursement.

Session Length

Appointments are about 1:15 in length. This will breakdown to about 15 minutes of intake, billing, and scheduling and 1 hour of work time. Sessions may be shortened based on the amount of work the client is able to receive during the session. The first session may be slightly longer depending on if the new clients forms are filled out beforehand.

Online Scheduling

We do not currently offer online scheduling, as we would rather make sure the fit between practitioner and client is the correct one.

Intake Forms

All new clients need to fill out the application and consent form, as well as a simple health questionnaire. These records will not be shared with anyone else without your consent. You can fill them out during your initial consultation or at the first session. It can save a lot of time if you print and fill out these forms before your session time. A copy of these documents is provided in PDF format. We will review the health questionnaire together.

Appointment Times

We currently offer weekday and Saturday appointments. Please contact your practitioner to see which sessions are available.

Due to the added COVID-19 precautions and the time needed between sessions to clean, the standard appointment times have been altered for the time being.

  • All cancellations require 24 hours notice or the full session fee will be charged. If the Rolfer cancels the session in less than 24 hours, the rescheduled session will be free.
  • If you have an illness, please contact your Rolfer so a decision can be made about rescheduling your appointment.
  • Payment is due in full at each session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • You will receive Rolfing only during your scheduled appointment time. If you are late to an appointment, it may not be possible to change the ending time of the session but you will be still be responsible for payment in full of the scheduled session.
  • Please advise your Rolfer if you need a receipt for insurance purposes prior to the start of the session.
